█ #FREQUENCIES: Give me Evelyn Glennie is a percussionist and has achieved a successful career performing all over the world either as a performer or commissioning new works for percussion as a soloist.
She has received numerous awards and accolades, including a OBE, 2 GRAMMY and the Polar Music Prize. She is also actively involved in teaching and inspiring the next generation of musicians through masterclasses and consultations, as well as through her charitable organization, the Evelyn Glennie Foundation.
Evelyn has been accompanied by acute deafness since the age of 12.
With this brief introduction, we share the conversation we had with the artist.
